REFUNDS and CANCELLATIONS
Thank you for signing up for a class through REKINDLE SCHOOL!
In figuring out how to handle refunds, we’ve tried our best to come up with a policy that is fair to both students and instructors, and cover our office costs in processing enrollments. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
IF YOUR CLASS IS CANCELLED:
If you sign up for a class, then it is cancelled – or if its dates, times and location change in a way that makes it unworkable for to attend – you will receive your choice of either a refund of the full amount paid, or a credit voucher for the full amount paid, which can be applied toward any future class.
IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND OR CAN’T ATTEND:
If you sign up for a class, then change your mind or can’t attend – and notify us by email 48 hours or more before the first meeting – you will receive your choice of either a refund of the amount paid minus a $50 cancellation fee, or a credit voucher for the full amount paid, which can be applied to any future class. (If you choose the credit voucher, there is no cancellation fee.)
IF YOU DON’T LIKE THE CLASS:
If you sign up and attend only the first meeting of a class with more than one meeting – or attend only the first hour if it’s a one day workshop – and notify us by email within 48 hours – you will receive your choice of either a refund of half of the amount paid, or a credit voucher for half of the amount paid, which can be applied to any future class.
